Civil Lawsuit Filed in 2010 Fatal Crash in North Dakota
The father of a woman killed in a bus-motorcycle crash in Fargo, N.D., two years ago has filed a personal injury lawsuit against the bus driver and the church that employed her.
Mirsad Kocic is seeking at least $50,000 in the death of 26-year-old Merlina Ibralic, whose husband, Salih, also died in the September 2010 crash.
The attorney representing bus driver Kathleen Johnson and First United Methodist Church tells The Forum newspaper that his clients deny allegations of negligence.
Johnson was not charged or cited in the crash.
