XN Financial Services Appoints Greg Henkin as XN Xchange Managing Director
Fla.-based XN Financial Services, Inc., a provider of insurance and financial products designed specifically for the needs of international assignees, high net worth individuals and directors and officers of privately owned companies, appointed Greg Henkin managing director of the newly formed XN Xchange. Based in central New Jersey, Henkin will report to Dan Anber, president and CEO of XN financial.
“The XN Xchange is a revolutionary online auction platform which will make insurance procurement more transparent, efficient and secure, anywhere in the world,” said Dan Anber, president and CEO of XN Financial. “Bringing someone of Greg’s caliber and experience to the XN Xchange team will be invaluable as we expand this innovative e-auction technology.”
Henkin comes to XN Financial with over 30 years of experience. He began his career in 1981 with The Hartford and in 1994 became senior vice president of AON’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group (AMAG) in New York City. He left in 1998 to form his own insurance brokerage firm, Shepard & Scott Corp. In 2003, Shepard & Scott was sold to NFP.
Henkin was most recently the director of risk management for Carl Icahn at Icahn Enterprises, as well as a consultant to Goldman Sachs prior to forming the iXchange LLC in September of 2011.
He will be responsible for the strategic implementation of the XN Xchange division, as well as overseeing the expansion and growth of this new global technology platform.
