Louisiana Contractor Faces Fraud Charge
An Alexandria contractor is facing a fraud charge after being arrested by police.
The Town Talk reports 46-year-old Robert Moses was booked Monday with home improvement fraud.
Police say the charge stems from a complaint made in September 2011 that Moses, owner of RobOne Construction, was paid for home repairs but never completed them.
Moses was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.
It’s not clear whether Moses has an attorney.
