Pacific Claims Services, a Subsidiary of American Claims Management, Appointed Jayne Miller as Vice President of Managed Care
San Diego, CA, 10/27/11 – Pacific Claims Services, a subsidiary of American Claims Management, Inc., has appointed Jayne Miller as vice president of its Managed Care Division. Pacific Claims Services provides full service managed care solutions to the insurance industry.
Miller comes from Sedgwick CMS, where she recently served as an assistant vice president of Cost Containment. She has 25 years experience with workers’ compensation and medical cost containment and will provide a wide array of expertise in managed care to PCS, including management of medical provider networks, bill review, utilization review, oversight of a lien resolution unit and various other medical cost containment programs.
At PCS, Miller will be responsible for oversight of all facets of managed care programs, including utilization review, case management and bill review services. “Jayne is an exceptional addition to our team and we are pleased to have such an esteemed managed care claims veteran and a leader in our organization,” said Deirdre Millwood, senior vice president of the Workers’ Compensation Division at American Claims Management.
