Claims People: Arch, Quality Claims and SCA
Arch Insurance International, a global insurer based in London, has appointed Janet Brook, Sheena Hooda and Tilly Milnes as senior claims handlers.
Brook and Milnes have joined Arch’s financial institutions claims team. Hooda was appointed to healthcare claims.
Brook, who is an admitted solicitor, was previously a senior associate at Kennedys Law, specializing in professional indemnity claims. She joined Arch in 2015 after holding positions at Shakespeare Martineau.
Milnes, who is a qualified solicitor, focuses on directors and officers, professional indemnity and investment manager insurance. She was most recently a claims adjuster for W/R/B Underwriting, specializing in international directors and officers and other claims. Her previous experience includes claims adjuster roles at AXA, Chubb and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. She was also a solicitor at Kennedys Law.
Hooda was a previously a senior claims specialist at Axis Capital Group, a position she held since 2018. Before then she was a senior associate at Davies Group and a clinical claims manager at the National Health Service’s Litigation Authority. She is a qualified solicitor.
Quality Claims Management Corp., a public adjuster and private investigation firm based in San Diego, has promoted Lorraine Tabron and Robyn Bui to senior vice president positions.
Tabron joined Quality Claims in 2009 as manager of the client relations department, the company said in a press release.
Bui joined the company in 2016 as a member of the client relations department and now leads the sales and business development team. Bui has been instrumental in the development of the company’s OccuTrack product and heads the product line, the company said.
SCA Claim Services, a national appraisal and adjusting firm based in Burbank, California, had promoted Brandon Cruz to business development manager.
Cruz was previously customer success manager for the company. In his new role, he will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and and nurture new and existing clients, the company said in a press release.
Cruz was previously an associate district manager for ADP in Orange County, according to his Linkedin Page. Before then, he was a shift lead at Malibu Farm in Newport Beach and manager at the Ho Sum Bistro in Newport Beach.
